She has trained over 1500 across India , and has been a pioneer in designing and executing developmental programs for schools. Her collaborations with esteemed Ed-Tech organisations and NGOs have given rise to practice oriented, highly engaging training programmes for teachers and school leaders
With a professional experience of 17 years and a desire to help adults become lifelong learners, she branched into Corporate Training and Leadership Coaching as well.

Founded in 2021, 'YouPlus Academy' is a freelancing agency focused on providing professional services to schools, corporates, non- profit organisations, & corporate CSR initiatives.

In this masterclass participants learnt how to make Higher Order Thinking (HOT) a culture in their classrooms, examine ways to develop HOT skills in students, and uncover strategies to create HOT questions for their class.
In an attempt to help create high quality assessments the session also covered strategies to design questions that push students’ cognitive skills beyond remembering, understanding and applying.
The Big Blue Story Camp - A 5 day online story telling camp conducted for kids aged 2-8. Activities included, story read alouds, critical thinking activities, Interactive sessions, where kids’ favourite stories were brought to life, enacting through gestures, drawing, sing alongs etc. we explored a few new tales each day, sparked their imagination by encouraging them to predict the endings.
