Goldman Sachs--> Teaching --> Content Creator --> L&D Trainer?
People often ask me why! Why do you do corporate training? 🤔
I'm often unable to answer that question on the fly, so I have thought through it now, and here is my response to it :)
Getting into corporate training has been one of the best decisions I've made in my career. I really believe in the power of continuous learning, and being able to facilitate that transformation for individuals and organisations is incredibly rewarding. Even as I received these multitudes of training back in Goldman, all I wished was to be on the other side of that training ( ie, the facilitator 😊 )

I get a lot of motivation from seeing those 'aha' moments during training sessions. It's really satisfying when participants understand new concepts, learn new skills, and see how they can use what they've learned. The feedback and engagement from trainees show that the effort I put into designing and delivering training programs is really making a difference. It's not just about sharing knowledge; it's about boosting confidence, encouraging growth, and ultimately seeing people do well in their roles.
Every session is a unique experience, filled with diverse perspectives and challenges. This continuous learning environment keeps me on my toes, encouraging me to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Knowing that my work helps shape more capable and confident professionals is what keeps me passionate and driven in this job. One of the best jobs I have ever had! 🔥🔥
